The doors of Sao Hill Mbao are being manufactured by Sao Hill Industries, which has produced the doors from solid timber for the last 6 years. Our range of timber doors are elegantly designed to enhance the appearance and beauty of your building, this is achieved by the skill of our craftsmen and a well established mechanized manufacturing process. SHI doors are manufactured from laminated pine and finished to the highest standard in a choice of various styles. Laminating the pine significantly increases the strength and durability of the doors making their performance easily comparable to hardwood doors. The doors are constructed with solid laminated pine stiles and rails, all joints are mortised and tenoned, glued and wedged which is one of the strongest joint methods in door construction.

Doors are manufactured to standard dimensions of 2030mm high by 810mm wide but can also be manufactured to specific customer dimensions as single or double doors. We have the flexibility to cater for both high volume orders and low volume orders through our sales and distribution network. Doors can be finished in a choice of four options:

1.  Stained in Sadolin pinotex teak and clear varnished to a smooth surface finish
   

2.  Stained in Sadolin pinotex teak only
   

3.  Clear varnished only showing the natural wood colour and grain
   

4.  Pure sanded wood finish with no stain or varnish
   

Our door range currently consists of three door types:

Paneled Door

Our range of paneled doors enhance the appearance of any building and are our highest selling design. The door consists of 5 laminated raised panels 1inch in thickness glue bonded into the doorframe. This door is suitable for entrance and internal doors.

Boarded Door (T&G)

This door consists of three tongue and grooved boarded panels. This door consists of three tongue and grooved boarded panels. The boarded panels are glue bonded into the solid doorframe. This door is suitable for entrance and internal doors.

For T&G doors we have one style:

-3 panel T&G door

FLB Door (Framed, Ledged & Braced)

For FLB door we have 1 style

This door consists of tongue and grooved timber running across the entire length of the door. The tongue and grooved timber is glued and nailed to the door frame which is made from solid laminated stiles. This door is suitable for entrance, internal doors as well as internal wet areas.
